Lucia has traveled and lived in over seven continents. She understands different cultures and needs of different types of people when learning language. For example, she has worked with professionals, retired people want to learn language, and she has also taut at a private academy for several years.

Each class is designed using objective for the specific student. Most classes are one on one and last 40 minutes using a zoom call. The frequency of the call depends on how quickly the student wants to learn the language.

Yes, the design of the class will fit the life situation of the client. For example, a professional who travels will have different needs than a K12 student attending school. Lucia works with each student to tailor the class to real life which makes learning easier and more fun.

The majority of classes re done online using ZOOM calls. This is an effective method since we there is visual and audio with each lesson. There is a cancellation policy, by client or Lucia, of 24 hour prior notice required, except in the case of emergencies.

Lucia will contact the parent periodically to provide updates on the student learning progress. The updates can be done on a call or in an email; the schedule will be established before payment is made for the classes.
