Class Length
Each class is 40 minutes in length and held online using Zoom.

Courses are scheduled and paid at the beginning of the month. Paypal is a platform that I use with many of my students, but we can consider a different one if that is more convenient for you.
If an illness, emergency or natural disaster happens within 24 hours of your class time contact me through email or WhatsApp. I understand that these events sometimes happen and we will reschedule.
If you just need to reschedule a class, please let me know at least 24 hours before class starts. Cancellations within 24 hours of a lesson will be charged.
All student no shows, absence, will be charged. I will wait for 10 minutes, after that it will be considered no show - absence.
I will not cancel a class unless I am experiencing an illness, emergency or natural disaster. Of course, you will not be charged for a class if I cancel it and I will offer you another day in order to make it up.
